Validation Engineer / Specialist (Level II)

Performance Validation is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer/Specialist to join their Indianapolis team, responsible for leading the full commissioning, qualification, and validation lifecycle for life science systems and equipment. The role involves developing testing criteria, creating validation documents, and implementing solutions in environments where pre-existing protocols may not exist. This position also includes leadership responsibilities such as mentoring less experienced team members and working directly with clients and vendors to reach consensus on project approaches.
