Validation Manager

This role leads the daily operations of the Validation function at the Kerry Technology Park site, managing Validation Engineers and ensuring all facilities, equipment, and processes comply with GMP standards. The position involves providing strategic leadership across the validation lifecycle, maintaining audit readiness, and driving continuous improvement to support the production of safe and effective biopharmaceutical products. The role requires fostering a high-performance team culture while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic projects and mitigate risks.
