Valuation Operations Coordinator

The Valuation Operations Coordinator serves as the operational control point for the internal valuations function, ensuring valuation requests are complete, appropriately triaged, and tracked to enable RICS-qualified valuers to focus on technical assessment. The role involves coordinating case allocation, maintaining documentation, and ensuring cases meet agreed service levels while acting as the first point of contact for valuation requests. This position supports a robust control environment through reconciliations, data-quality checks, and the production of operational management information.
