About this role

The Value Based Contracting Manager leads enterprise-wide value-based payment strategy and population health contracting initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of innovative reimbursement models. This role partners with population health leadership and cross‑functional teams to negotiate and manage payer contracts, ensuring alignment with clinical programs, quality metrics, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Partner with Population Health leadership to structure and manage payer contracts
Drive enterprise contract negotiations for shared risk, capitation, and bundled payments
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align contractual terms with clinical and financial programs
Identify and implement improvements to optimize contract performance and mitigate risk
Maintain enterprise dashboard of payer contract value‑based performance
