This role ensures market access value chains are assessed against One Acre Fund’s winner value chain framework to inform resourcing decisions, guide stakeholders, and deliver impact for smallholder farmers—particularly youth and women. The position supports investment diligence and financial planning for market access businesses and owns end-to-end pilots in collaboration with country programs. It is based in Rwanda, Kenya, or Nigeria and contributes to building sustainable market access businesses that create demand for farmers' crops.
