The Value Stream Manager - Airfoils & Composites Product Center at Pratt & Whitney leads value stream operations within the Cold Section Supply Chain Organization, managing either the IBR and Turbine Disk or the Composites value stream. The role partners with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality engine components while supporting continuous improvement and the CORE operating system. This is an onsite position based in Middletown, CT and requires U.S. citizenship.
