Value Stream Manager / Area Manager

The Value Stream Manager II leads and optimizes all manufacturing activities within an assigned value stream, overseeing a large operational area with more than 150 employees. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives. The position manages production planning, resource allocation, budget performance, and workforce development to align with business goals.
