About this role
Value Stream Manager at Watts responsible for overseeing multiple production value streams (OEM, Backflow Direct, Automated Control Valve, and Riser) that support MTS, MTO, ATO, and e-commerce SKUs. The role is based onsite in Woodland, CA, reports to the Plant Manager, and manages a team of 30–40 associates within the manufacturing organization.
