Value Stream Manager

The Value Stream Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations within their value stream, ensuring products are manufactured with uncompromised safety and the highest quality while being produced on-time and within budget. This role serves as the direct manager for Shift Supervisors and is responsible for cost-effective planning, processing, and production. The position focuses on ongoing process improvement, team development, and maintaining efficient production schedules to meet plant targets.
