Variable Compensation Analyst

This role administers variable compensation programs and processes monthly payroll while resolving employee and manager inquiries. The position involves creating data models, performing validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, and utilizing the Varicent ICM system for configuration and enhancements. Additionally, the analyst leads interactions with leadership to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and supports system migrations and incentive plan health monitoring.
