Variable Web Operator - 2nd Shift

The Variable Web Operator - 2nd Shift is responsible for the overall performance of the HP-T240 press, including setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role ensures high-quality production by calibrating the press, managing finishing systems, and adhering to client specifications while maintaining machine run speed and waste standards. The operator collaborates with team members and clients to support continuous production and reports progress to the VP of Operations.
