Various Operator Positions

The role involves working in a state-of-the-art processing plant to operate and maintain machinery, package, label, box, cut, and/or unrack turkey products to meet production standards. Operators are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, following good manufacturing practices, and performing position-specific duties as assigned by supervisors. The position requires working 8- to 10-hour shifts in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, performing repetitive motions, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
