Varsity/Head Coach

The Varsity/Head Coach advises, coordinates, and supports a staff of high school and middle school coaches while instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training. This role involves organizing and supervising the total sports program, ensuring a safe environment, and managing administrative, budgetary, and public relations responsibilities. The position requires collaboration with the Athletic Director, school administration, and external stakeholders to promote the sport and support student-athlete success.
