About this role
A Vascular Surgeon at Endeavor Health provides comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with vascular conditions across Northwest Community Healthcare and Endeavor Health locations. The position is part of a small practice alongside another surgeon and two Advanced Practice Providers and supports integrated, community-connected care across ambulatory and acute sites. This is a full-time role (1.0 FTE) with clinic days Monday–Friday and shared weekend call.
