VBES Full Time Paraprofessional

The Paraprofessional assists certified staff in the classroom to help students meet instructional goals and objectives, freeing certified employees to focus on curriculum development and other educational program aspects. This role involves supporting students individually and in small groups across various subjects, managing classroom behavior, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position also includes supervising non-instructional areas, accompanying students on field trips, and supporting students with special needs to maximize inclusion and learning.
