It belongs to the **Founders Future** group – a tier‑1 Franco‑American VC fund. - **10+ years** of activity - **250+ startups** funded by the group (e.g., Lydia, Yuka, ekWateur) - **150 M€** raised for portfolio companies - **~30 deals/year** from pre‑seed to Series B (tickets €500 k – €5 M) - **30+ investment verticals** (ClimateTech, HealthTech, Fintech, etc.) - Community of **160 k retail investors** **Mission** – Democratise access to top European early‑stage startups for both founders and retail investors, and become the European reference platform for VC co‑investment. --- ### The Role You will be a full‑member of the investment team, responsible for **end‑to‑end deal flow** (sourcing, analysis, due diligence, negotiation, closing) on tickets of **€500 k – €5 M**. You will report to the **Director of Investments (Camille Bonvicini)** and the **Co‑Founder & President (Benjamin Wattinne)**, and sit on the **Investment Committee** to present and defend your theses. #### Key Objectives 1. **Deal Sourcing & Selection** – Contribute to sourcing and selecting dozens of deals each year, expanding the community’s financing capacity. 2. **Build a sourcing machine** – Create a scalable deal‑flow engine (network of co‑investors, automation tools, prospecting processes). #### Career Progression - Rapid promotion path: **Associate → Senior Associate → Principal**. - 100 % autonomy on deals after proving yourself. - Opportunity to manage a team of analysts. --- ### Core Responsibilities | Area | Activities | |------|------------| | **Deal Sourcing** | • Prospect, network at events, forge co‑investor partnerships.
