About this role

The VCU Software Engineer will design, implement, integrate, and validate production‑grade embedded software for advanced vehicle control systems. The role covers the full software lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through model‑based development, AUTOSAR integration, and MIL/SIL/HIL validation, working across simulation, bench, and vehicle environments. Collaboration with controls, hardware, autonomy, and validation teams is essential to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Own VCU software lifecycle from requirements to field support
Develop and integrate embedded C/C++ application software using MATLAB/Simulink
Define and execute verification and validation test strategies including MIL/SIL/HIL
Build Python automation tools for logging and data analysis
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and safety
