VDC Supervisor

The VDC Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership of the Virtual Design & Construction team, coordinating personnel and monitoring project progress to ensure successful execution of multiple projects. This role bridges department leadership with project teams, ensuring modeling standards and deliverables align with company expectations while developing team members through coaching and mentoring. The position supports field operations and clients by facilitating project scope completion, tracking timelines, and managing resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
