Vehicle Assistant

The Vehicle Assistant position involves serving as a substitute bus aide or monitor on a part-time basis, supporting students with and without special needs during transportation to and from school. This role assists the driver in ensuring safe and proper transportation by performing various tasks such as securing safety devices, managing student discipline, and supervising students in transit. The position requires knowledge of school bus evacuation procedures and the ability to provide route information to substitute or newly assigned drivers.
