This role involves setting strategic direction, driving accountability, and ensuring the implementation of robust corrective actions to eliminate recurrence and improve warranty performance. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, validate solutions, and drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Responsibilities

Lead Warranty Acceleration Teams to resolve high-impact customer and warranty issues
Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for vehicle quality problems
Oversee Serial Life Vehicle Quality and ensure read-across of solutions across vehicle platforms
