Vendor Coordinator I

The Vendor Coordinator I role serves as the data and operations engine for Astreya's subcontractor and staffing-partner programme, maintaining vendor master data, compliance records, and spend reporting. This hands-on analytical position builds the evidence base for vendor negotiations and governance by producing monthly and quarterly reporting packs, tracking savings, and ensuring compliance across the partner base. The role involves managing vendor operations, reconciling invoices, and supporting sourcing activities like RFPs and RFQs.
