Vendor Direct Ops Manager

The Vendor Direct Operations Manager leads the strategy, performance, and continued evolution of DICK'S Sporting Goods' Vendor Direct fulfillment channel. The role is responsible for delivering a scalable, profitable, and athlete-centered fulfillment experience across a diverse network of vendor partners and eCommerce business. The Manager owns the end-to-end operational performance of Vendor Direct and Custom Order fulfillment, including order lifecycle performance, vendor execution, service levels, inventory availability, speed, cost, exception management, and athlete experience.
