The Vendor Manager is accountable for the services and products delivered globally by third-party vendors through implementation of the vendor governance framework. The role partners with sourcing, finance and technology teams to select, contract and oversee vendors, ensuring SLAs/OLAs, compliance and effective service delivery. It drives vendor relationship strategies, performance monitoring and financial control to support Technology Operations and business objectives.
