Vendor Manager

The Vendor Manager - Critical Environments establishes and maintains strategic relationships with third-party vendors supporting data center systems, including fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, and digital infrastructure. Serving as the primary point of contact, the role leads performance management, monitors compliance, and ensures accurate billing while managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for facility upgrades and repairs. The position requires direct supervision of vendor management staff and coordination of onboarding, training, and contractual obligations for contractors within critical facility environments.
