The Vendor Operations Specialist supports Mainstay's Renovation as a Service (RaaS) operations by managing vendor and agent communications, ensuring work orders progress smoothly from assignment to completion. This role handles routine inquiries, manages the RaaS inbox within SLAs, administers scope edits and change orders, and serves as the first point of contact for vendor escalations and on-site blockers. The specialist maintains data accuracy in Airtable and follows up on stalled work orders to ensure operational efficiency.
