Vendor Order Administration

The Vendor Order Administration role provides logistical support for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) activities at the Wichita Service Center, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely part availability and shipments. The position involves analyzing logistics data, managing vendor requirements, issuing purchase orders, and resolving complex material-related problems to meet customer demands. This onsite role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel to support the MRO Logistics department.
