Vendor Performance Management and Governance

This role is responsible for managing vendor performance and governance for Stockless Fulfilment vendors, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and customer outcomes are met through monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution. The position supports governance forums, performance insights, and action tracking while identifying risks and driving necessary escalations. It involves coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and supporting onboarding, incident management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure operational stability and vendor compliance.
