The Venues Operations Division Manager leads strategy, performance, and operational excellence for Orlando’s major public assembly venues, overseeing maintenance, engineering, event conversions, custodial services, and capital improvement projects. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Venues Officer, this senior leader manages multidisciplinary teams, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure venues are event‑ready and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
