Verification Team Lead

The Verification Team Lead leads and supports the Verification team in accurately and efficiently verifying applicant income, employment, and supporting documentation. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and escalation support while ensuring the team consistently follows company policies, processes, and procedures. The position plays a key role in supporting sound lending decisions, maintaining strong Dealer relationships, and ensuring the team meets productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
