VERIS Account Manager

This role serves as the primary liaison between internal staff, brokers, and groups for VERIS case-related activities, providing ongoing service and support for existing VERis groups. The position assists with the renewal process, coordinates plan changes, and facilitates communication regarding payments and claims with finance and carriers. The ideal candidate will maintain positive relationships with broker partners and help resolve issues regarding client health benefits plans.
