Vertical Construction Project Estimator

The Vertical Construction Project Estimator is responsible for identifying bidding opportunities, preparing detailed cost estimates, and managing preconstruction estimating activities for vertical construction and federal projects. This role involves leading quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, subcontractor quote evaluation, and developing complete project estimates while collaborating with Project Managers to align cost models with project requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of construction estimating methods, federal construction requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
