Vessel Performance Specialist

This role serves as the analytical and operational backbone for UGR's Vessel Performance function, delivering data-driven intelligence to enhance fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance, and decarbonization across the chartered fleet. The position involves collecting and analyzing large-scale vessel performance datasets, building AI-enabled monitoring platforms, and developing decarbonization roadmaps. It ensures full compliance with international maritime regulations while supporting the Directorate's digital transformation and proactive performance management goals.
