Veteran Advocate

The Veteran Advocate supports Veterans experiencing homelessness by providing low-barrier, same-day access to transitional housing and walking alongside them toward permanent housing and long-term stability. This role utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help Veterans achieve increased income and personal goals. The position involves conducting outreach, managing intakes, and coordinating with community partners and the VA to ensure comprehensive support.
