The Veteran Career Services Navigator provides individualized employment-focused case management and career navigation to veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness under the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP). This position supports participants in identifying employment goals, removing barriers to work, and securing sustainable jobs, particularly in industries that are locally in-demand. Navigators provide direct services including career assessments, job readiness support, employer engagement, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and placement assistance.
