Veteran Peer Support Specialist

The Transition House, Inc. is seeking a Veteran Peer Support Specialist to provide non-clinical, Veteran-to-Veteran peer support within the community-based Veteran Connection and Suicide Prevention Program. This role focuses on building trust, reducing isolation, and connecting Veterans to VA, TTHI, and community resources while supporting participant safety and family engagement. The position requires lived experience as a Veteran and involves regular local travel throughout Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, Florida.
