Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) is a veterinary-focused partnership firm that offers a co-ownership model enabling practice owners to grow or transition while keeping clinical control in the hands of veterinary professionals. VPP provides capital, operational support, and strategic resources to accelerate practice growth without sacrificing standards of care. Their model emphasizes true veterinary-led ownership and long-term alignment with clinicians rather than one-size-fits-all roll-ups. VPP targets veterinarians seeking sustainable growth, succession planning, and preservation of veterinary medicine.
