Veterinary Assistant

The Veterinary Assistant is a key member of the hospital team who supports and assists veterinarians and veterinary technicians, ensuring the safety of pets, clients, and other associates while maintaining the continuity of quality veterinary care. This role involves providing professional service to clients and pets, utilizing technical skills within state practice acts and NAVTA guidelines, and helping maintain the flow of patients. The position also includes educating clients on preventive care and mentoring other hospital team members.
