Veterinary Pharmacy Client Service Representative

This position supports the daily operations of the Veterinary Pharmacy by providing a welcoming and efficient client experience, coordinating prescription pickup and payment, and facilitating communication between the pharmacy, front desk, and clinical teams. The role serves as a key point of coordination to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and positive service throughout the prescription pickup and checkout process. Responsibilities include assisting clients at the pharmacy window, processing payments, monitoring prescription status, and supporting medical record and financial services workflows.
