Veterinary Technician

The Veterinary Technician works under the direction of the Animal Services Veterinarian to provide comprehensive shelter veterinary care, including well-check examinations, surgery assistance, and euthanasia. This role requires active participation in a team-managed environment to support intake staff and ensure effective communication with Animal Services personnel and the public. The position involves maintaining detailed medical records and adhering to the legal limitations of the Washington State Veterinary Practice Act.
