Vetting Specialist

The Vetting Specialist will lead and shape CITB's vetting and safer recruitment framework to protect learners, colleagues, and the organisation. This role oversees end-to-end pre-employment screening, compliance, and risk management, ensuring processes meet legislative requirements and safeguarding best practices. The specialist will provide expert advice on complex cases, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement across the vetting and compliance framework.
