This senior procurement role focuses on strategic sourcing for software and indirect categories within Rakuten's Global Sourcing Section. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end RFP processes, manage complex vendor negotiations, and drive cost optimization initiatives for telecommunications and IT services. The position offers significant autonomy to design standardized procurement strategies and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies for software and indirect categories
Lead end-to-end RFP processes from requirement definition to vendor selection
Perform cost analysis and negotiate commercial terms to optimize Total Cost of Ownership
Manage vendor contracts and onboard new suppliers for IT and SaaS services
Drive procurement initiatives by collaborating with Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams
