The Vice President, Accounting and Finance at Hillel International is a senior finance leader reporting to the CFO who strengthens financial integrity and supports mission-aligned decision-making. The role leads the organization’s accounting and finance function, modernizes systems and processes, and partners across the organization to ensure sound stewardship of a complex, multi-million-dollar budget. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, DC, overseeing a small finance team and engaging with senior leadership and the Board.
