About this role

The Vice President of Advisory Consulting leads field-based regional sales and consulting efforts to drive advisor engagement and adoption of the Wealth Management Platform. The role involves overseeing regional consultants, collaborating with internal partners, and aligning field activities with home office sales strategies to grow advisory assets. This executive position reports to the Senior Vice President of Advisory Consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor regional sales consultants to drive platform adoption and revenue growth
Oversee territory planning and advisor segmentation strategies to maximize sales impact
Deepen relationships with high-value advisors to guide practice transformations
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver resources for the field
Monitor activity and revenue metrics to identify performance trends and gaps

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or BusinessMaster's Degree preferredSeries 7 LicenseCFP® or CIMA® designation preferred5+ years in similar role with 10+ years total experience
