The Vice President of AI Platforms leads the end-to-end delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of MCG’s Synapse commercial AI platform that supports internal products and external ISVs. This executive role combines operational leadership with platform modernization and ownership of the platform strategy and operating model. Reporting to the CTO, the leader ensures alignment with product, business, and customer outcomes while driving reliability, scalability, and adoption.
