Vice President, Business Development

The Vice President, Business Development leads the Mastercard Program Management Services (MPMS) European Account Management and Business Development team, responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships across Europe, expanding programme usage, and securing new customers. The role involves setting and delivering the MPMS European growth strategy, managing the European P&L, and playing a key role in the MPMS global transformation programme. The VP will maintain oversight of client and operational matters, supporting the team to resolve issues, manage escalations, and balance immediate client priorities with longer-term growth objectives.
