The Vice President - Client Support leads the client support function for M&G’s asset management business, overseeing teams across product reporting, marketing intelligence, ESG queries, client data and other client‑support areas. The role is accountable for building global capability from India, delivering high‑quality, scalable and automated client‑centric services, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. It partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape strategy, governance and talent for the function.
