Vice President, Colleague Communications

The Vice President, Colleague Communications leads the colleague communications team within Macy's corporate communications department, shaping internal messaging, content, and channel strategy to support the company's transformation and culture initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, this role is part of the Human Resources Leadership Team and collaborates across multiple functions to align internal communications with business goals.
