BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior technology leader to drive front office engineering for Global Trading Solutions' Commodities Technology team. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership to design, deliver, and operate resilient, scalable trading systems for Energy, Metals, Agriculture, and Environmental Products. The leader acts as the primary technology partner to the Commodities Trading desk and is accountable for production stability and the strategic evolution of the trading stack.
