Manages a portfolio of complex corporate credit deals and middle-office functions within Corporate Credit Administration, supporting wholesale, commercial, markets, and capital markets businesses. Provides independent oversight of credit facilities and credit risk, and drives transformation projects, process redesign, and operations excellence across documentation, implementation, and credit services. Supports regulatory reporting and collaborates with relationship managers, risk, legal, and downstream teams to ensure accurate implementation and controls. Contributes to digital banking initiatives, new system implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.
