Vice President, Corporate Development

This role is a key member of Ryan's Corporate Development team responsible for participating in all acquisition activities, including valuation, negotiations, and due diligence. The position involves significant visibility to executive management and requires collaborating with internal legal departments, business leaders, and external counsel to manage deal documentation and integration plans. Candidates will identify potential targets, conduct financial analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership and the Board of Managers.
